With a background as an Early Learning Professional and a lifelong love for movement, Tamara’s fitness journey has been one of personal growth and deep appreciation for the body’s capabilities. Her expertise spans walking, running, biking, strength training, and mind-body wellness, reflecting a holistic approach to fitness.
Tamara is available for 1:1 personal training sessions and can be found leading our Power Up and Ignite 360 group classes at our Top Shelf Studio in Exeter. She is passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals and enjoys spending time with family, being in nature, and soaking up the sunshine.
